Questions we get every day.

If yours is not here, just come ask — the door is open Mon to Sat, 9 to 6.

Yes. The Forest can only sell to patients and caregivers registered with the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program. Bring your MMCP card and a government-issued photo ID every visit.

You are certified by an MMCP-registered practitioner, then you register with the state and pay the program fee. Full current requirements, qualifying conditions, and fees live at mmcp.ms.gov — the state is the only authority on that, so we always point you there first.

No. Mississippi does not recognize out-of-state medical cannabis cards for purchases here.

Your MMCP patient or caregiver card and a government-issued photo ID. Give us a call before you drive out if you want to confirm what forms of payment we are taking that day.

Payment options at cannabis dispensaries change often. Ring us at (601) 900-1048 before you head out and we will tell you exactly what to bring.

No — and no dispensary should. We are not medical providers and cannot give medical advice or make health claims. What we can do is explain products, potency, labels, aroma, and what other patients report, then let you and your practitioner decide.

No. Cannabis remains illegal under federal law, and Mississippi product cannot legally leave the state.

Every product on our shelves is grown and made in Mississippi by licensed cultivators and processors, and every batch is lab-tested.

Registered patients and caregivers may enter the sales floor. Anyone else, including children, cannot come past the lobby — that is a state requirement, not our preference.

Delivery is not permitted under current Mississippi rules. Pickup in the shop only.
