Licensing

The Forest Cannabis Dispensary is licensed by the Mississippi State Department of Health to dispense medical cannabis to registered patients and caregivers.

Who we may sell to

Registered Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program patients and caregivers only, with a valid MMCP card and government-issued photo ID presented at every purchase. We do not honor out-of-state cards and we do not sell to the general public.

Purchase limits

Mississippi measures allowances in Medical Cannabis Equivalency Units (MMCEUs), with weekly and monthly caps tracked across all dispensaries by the state system. One MMCEU equals 3.5 grams of flower, 1 gram of concentrate, or 100 milligrams of THC in an infused product. Our MMCEU calculator shows how a basket adds up.

Testing and labeling

Every product we carry is grown or manufactured in Mississippi by licensed operators and independently lab-tested. Labels carry potency, batch and test information, MMCEU value, licensee details, and state-required warnings. Read a label with us →

Required warnings

This product contains cannabis and is intended for use only by registered Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program patients 21 years of age or older, or registered patients and caregivers 18 and over. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Medical cannabis products have not been analyzed or approved by the FDA.

Women should not use marijuana or medical cannabis products during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects, or while breastfeeding.

Do not drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery under the influence of medical cannabis.

There may be health risks associated with the consumption of medical cannabis. Consult your physician or certifying practitioner before use.

Marijuana remains illegal under federal law; products purchased in Mississippi may not be transported across state lines.
