The short version: we collect what Mississippi requires us to collect to sell you medical cannabis, we keep it secure, and we do not sell it to anybody.

What we collect

• At the counter: your MMCP patient or caregiver registration details and photo ID, as required for every medical cannabis sale in Mississippi.
• Purchase records: what you bought and its MMCEU value, which the state’s tracking system requires us to report.
• If you contact us: your name, phone number, email, and whatever you tell us.
• On this website: standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate region.

What we do with it

• Verify your eligibility and complete lawful sales.
• Meet Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program reporting and record-keeping requirements.
• Answer your questions and, if you have asked us to, tell you about specials.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your patient status with anyone beyond what state law requires. We do not use your health information for advertising.

Marketing messages

If you opt into texts or emails, every message includes a way out and we honor it promptly. You never have to opt in to shop with us.

Cookies and this website

This site uses only what it needs to function. The age confirmation on entry is held in memory for your session and is not written to your device. If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, this section will say so plainly.

Your choices

Children

This website is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
