Who may use this site

This website is intended for people 21 and over, and for registered Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program patients and caregivers 18 and over. By entering you confirm you meet one of those descriptions.

Everything here is general education. Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing here should replace a conversation with a licensed practitioner. Medical cannabis products have not been analyzed or approved by the FDA.

Product and pricing information

Our live menu is hosted by a third party and reflects inventory at the moment you view it. Availability, potency, and pricing change constantly and may be out of date. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a guarantee that a product is in stock.

Specials and discounts

Discounts are available only to registered Mississippi patients and caregivers, require valid documentation, and are subject to the fine print published with each offer and to Mississippi regulations. We may change or end any offer at any time.

We link out to our menu provider, the state program, mapping services, and social platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Intellectual property

The Forest name, logo, artwork, and site content belong to The Forest Cannabis Dispensary unless otherwise noted. Cultivator logos remain the property of their owners and appear with permission.

Federal law

Cannabis remains a controlled substance under federal law. Products purchased in Mississippi may not be transported across state lines.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
